Prescott Stiffs Granite Mountain Hotshot Widow on Survivor Benefits

When Andrew Ashcroft died with 18 of his brother firefighters in the Yarnell Hills fire last month, he was pulling full-time shifts. But the City of Prescott says he's only a "seasonal", denying his widow key survivor benefits.
