Pension "Reform" Winds Up Costing San Diego Taxpayers

 It looks like the promise of pension "reform" comes with a price tag for San Diego taxpayers. In its new city budget, San Diego officials predict a $44 million hike in the pension obligation, most of it caused by last year's Proposition B.
