I have a client who believes the service those in our profession provide the public, is damn special. In that vein, he has agreed to offer the following lease opportunity to Local 1775 members first.

• Three (3) bedroom, 1 bathroom home, plus outbuilding, for long-term lease (3 to 5 years).
• The ideal tenant will enjoy living on a vineyard (vines on long-term lease to Beringer), having a dog kennel, vegetable garden, bonus outbuilding, etc., and not abuse the property and neighborhood. Someone who will take care of minor issues when they arise without always calling ‘the landlord’.
• Property is just down the street from CAL FIRE Kelseyville-Cobb Station #34.
• Monthly lease of $2,000 (negotiable for the right tenant).
