End of Redevelopment Generates Nearly $4 Billion for Vital Services

According to the state Department of Finance, cities, counties, special districts and schools have nearly $4 billion more available for critical services, thanks to CPF-backed legislation that ended the costly and often-corrupt local redevelopment agencies.
