CA Approves Rules to Limit Dangerous Flame-Retardant Chemicals in Furniture

On Thursday, Governor Jerry Brown announced that California has approved rules to curtail the presence of hazardous flame-retardant chemicals in furniture, a change that CPF has worked for years to get approved.  This rule change will reduce harmful exposures and make the job safer for firefighters throughout California.
