Architect To Be Tried in Death of Firefighter

An architect charged with involuntary manslaughter for the death of a firefighter last year will face trial.  Prosecutors allege architect Gerhard Becker negligently installed outdoor fireplaces in his home, a decision they say led to the death of veteran firefighter Glenn Allen.
